Defendant's sentence for multiple offenses arising out of his sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student is affirmed but modified, where: 1) the dates on which the offenses occurred were alleged to have occurred on specific dates prior to October 1, 2011, and some of them were alleged to have occurred on specific dates after October 1; 2) the trial court calculated defendant's presentence conduct credits under the pre-October 1, 2011 version of Penal Code; and 3) defendant is entitled to additional credits under the rule of lenity.
