Defendant's convictions of possessing marijuana in prison and possessing a weapon in prison, and true finding that defendant suffered a prior strike conviction and five prior convictions for which he served prison terms are: 1) reversed in part as to the trial court's finding on the fifth prison prior, where defendant had not completed his prison term for the 2006 offense at the time the new offenses took place; but 2) otherwise affirmed, where substantial evidence supports the findings that defendant knowingly possessed the marijuana and weapon.
