The trial court's order denying wife's request for a renewal of a Domestic Violence Prevention Act restraining order against her former spouse, is reversed and remanded, where: 1) the trial court erred in concluding that the denial was appropriate because nothing happened in the three years since the restraining order; and 2) the trial court incorrectly concluded that a reasonable apprehension of future physical abuse was required.
