In an action arising out of a real estate transaction, the trial court's conclusion that plaintiff-buyer should take nothing on his claims against defendants seller and seller's broker, but finding buyer's broker and his firm liable for breach of fiduciary duty and negligence is affirmed, where seller's broker’s statement in the multiple listing service was true and neither violated Civil Code section 1088 nor caused buyer any damage.
