Defendants' convictions for first degree murder and attempted murder with related findings, including that the offenses were committed for the benefit of a criminal street gang are affirmed, where: 1) it was for the jury to make the decision whether defendant Windfield created a kill zone when he fired and whether the victim was in it; and 2) the instructions on the kill zone theory were properly given.
