Tower Lane Properties v. City of Los Angeles, B244092

The trial court's order that defendant-city to clear a grading permit condition requiring that plaintiff have a tentative tract map approved by a city planner, is affirmed, where: 1) under the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a tentative tract map is required only when land is subdivided; and 2) plaintiff proposed no subdivision for its construction project.
