Summary judgments in favor of defendant bank and homeowners association on plaintiffs' complaint for trespass, nuisance, and declaratory and injunctive relief arising out of defendants' alleged violation of their easement rights are reversed and remanded, where: 1) the trial court's interpretation of the easement was erroneous; and 2) triable issues of material fact preclude summary judgment as to both defendants bank and homeowners association.
