California Court of Appeal

People v. Rodarte, B239963

Defendant's conviction on one count of attempted murder and one count of shooting from a motor vehicle, with related true findings, is affirmed, where the trial court did not err in declining to instruct on the defense of imperfect self-defense to the charge of shooting from a motor vehicle because unreasonable self-defense simply has no application to the malicious discharge of a firearm from a motor vehicle.
