City of Palmdale v. City of Lancaster, B243802

Judgment prohibiting defendant-city from offering financial assistance to an auto dealer and his dealership which attempted to move from plaintiff-city to defendant-city (which were located in the same market area), for only two years, and denying disgorgement by defendant-city of related sales taxes, is affirmed, where: 1) the trial court did not misinterpret Government Code section 53804 and Health & Safety Code section 33426.7 when it limited the ban on financial assistance to two years; and 2) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying disgorgement.
