Reynolds v. City of Calistoga, A136502
Dismissal of plaintiff's suit challenging defendant-city's use of Napa County sales tax revenue in an attempt to make such revenues available to settle a prior law suit he brought challenging defendant-city's operation of a reservoir, is affirmed, where plaintiff lacks standing to pursue this action as a taxpayer, as a citizen suing in the public interest, or as a person suing to protect a public trust.
