The trial court's orders denying wife's application for a domestic violence restraining order and request for spousal support against husband are: 1) reversed in part and remanded, where the trial court erred in ruling it did not have jurisdiction to award spousal support until after it found whether husband abused wife; and 2) affirmed in part, where the trial court did not abuse its discretion in concluding wife failed to establish by a preponderance of the evidence that husband abused her.
