Dismissal of plaintiffs' complaint against defendant who alleged that although defendant paid them the full amount of their policy limits following the loss of their homes and other property due to wildfires, they were entitled to additional payments, is affirmed, where: 1) defendant satisfied both its contractual obligations under the insurance policies issued and the requirements of Insurance Code section 2071; and therefore 2) the trial court correctly determined that plaintiffs failed to state a cause of action.
