People v. Rosales, B244436
Defendant's convictions on three counts of first degree robbery and sentence to 30 years in state prison is affirmed, but modified with respect to court facilities and court operations assessments, where: 1) it was not error to instruct the jury on the corpus delicti rule pursuant to CALCRIM No. 359, and even if there was error, it was harmless; and 2) the trial court correctly gave defendant only 50 days of conduct credit.
