Defendant's convictions of possession of morphine, hydrocodone and diazepam as well as transportation of morphine and hydrocodone are affirmed, where the so-called "prescription defense" set forth in former Health and Safety Code Sections 11350(a), 11352(a) and 11377(a), is not available to persons other than the person for whom the prescription was written.
