Relentless Air Racing v. Airborne Turbine, B244612

Following judgment against defendant and plaintiff's inability to collect the judgment, the trial court's denial of plaintiff's motion to add two natural persons and two corporations as judgment debtors is reversed and remanded, where: 1) the natural persons and corporations were the alter egos of defendant; 2) plaintiff cannot collect its judgment because defendant is insolvent; and 3) under the circumstances here, this is an inequitable result as a matter of law, and an inequitable result does not require a wrongful intent.
