The juvenile court's order granting reunification services to mother, but denying services to father because he was a registered sex offender, is affirmed, where: 1) Welfare and Institutions Code section 361.5(b)(16) was properly applied in denying reunification services to father; and 2) substantial evidence supports the lower court's finding that granting reunification services to father was not in the minor's best interest.
