Defendant's conviction and sentence for conspiracy to commit murder and special circumstance first degree murder for financial gain, all in connection with the slaying of her husband, are: 1) reversed as to one of the challenged restitution orders, where because defendant was not convicted of insurance fraud, the restitution order in favor of Allstate Insurance Company was unauthorized; but 2) otherwise affirmed as to the remaining restitution orders, where restitution was properly awarded to the husband's estate either on its own behalf, or in its capacity as his personal representative.
