Defendant's sentence for felony charges of assault with a firearm and carrying a concealed firearm in a public place to a commitment to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) pursuant to a plea agreement, is: 1) reversed in part, as to the probation conditions, which are improper in the case of a DJJ commitment; 2) reversed and remanded in part, as to the restitution order to one of the victims which is not supported by substantial evidence; but 3) otherwise affirmed.
