In a dispute involving the use of property for the parking of defendant's garbage trucks and the storage of garbage bins, the trial court's judgment that defendant was limited to the historic uses of the easement over the property is affirmed, where: 1) defendant had abandoned its lease of the property; and 2) the terms of the written easement were not exclusive, so defendant is limited to the historic use of the paved area and 10 feet beyond the paved area.
