Defendant's conviction on three counts of gross vehicular manslaughter is: 1) reversed in part, as to the true findings on the Penal Code section 12022.7(a) enhancements for personally inflicting great bodily injury with respect to victims Giambra and Page because defendant had already been found guilty for their deaths, a finding that inherently involves "great bodily injury"; but 2) otherwise affirmed.
