In a dissolution action, the trial court did not err in ordering restraints on husband's pension plan assets and denying his claim of exemption, where 1) there was substantial evidence that husband abused the pension plan by secreting community property assets and funneling them through the pension plan; and as a consequence, 2) husband's pension plan was not protected by ERISA.
