California Court of Appeal

People v. Rocha, H038703

Defendant's conviction and sentence for residential burglary and interfering with a police officer, based on evidence that he entered a homeowner's garage and carried away an impact wrench belonging to the homeowner, are affirmed but modified where: 1) the trial court did not err in admitting evidence that defendant committed a prior residential burglary of a garage; but 2) the trial court overstated the time to be deducted from defendant's credit for presentence confinement due to a contemporaneous parole hold.
