California Court of Appeal
People v. Lowe, D059007
Defendant's convictions and sentence for a series of burglaries, forcible sex crimes, and robberies are affirmed, where the DNA Fingerprint, Unsolved Crime and Innocence Protection Act authorizing the mandatory and warrantless collection and analysis of buccal swab DNA samples from felony arrestees does not violate the Fourth Amendment, and, thus, the court properly denied defendant's suppression motion;
