On remand from the California Supreme Court, the juvenile court's order of restitution for the victim and his family members entered after the juvenile court adjudged defendant-minor a ward of the court is affirmed, where: 1) Welfare and Institutions Code section 730.6, in light of constitutional mandates, must be interpreted to include derivative victims; and thus, 2) the restitution award to the direct victim's family members was proper.
