Defendants' convictions and sentences on multiple counts arising from their forceful attempts to collect a criminal street gang debt are reversed in part and remanded for resentencing, where: 1) the life terms imposed for the extortion and the dissuading a witness convictions are not authorized; and 2) the errors were not harmless.
