Summary judgment in favor of defendant-insurance broker on plaintiff-contractor's claim that defendant negligently failed to procure plaintiff's insurance coverage adequate to cover a restaurant fire, and specifically to cover plaintiff's prior completed work, is affirmed, where: 1) plaintiff's claim is barred by the superior equities doctrine; and 2) defendant owed no duty to procure prior completed work coverage for plaintiff.
