California Court of Appeal
People v. Wortham, A138769
The trial court's order denying defendant's petition to recall his indeterminate life sentence under the Three Strikes Reform Act of 2012 is affirmed, where: 1) the order is appealable; but 2) there are no arguable appellate issues because the trial court correctly ruled that defendant was ineligible for resentencing under the Reform Act because his commitment offense, first degree burglary, was a serious felony.
