In a dispute over benefits related to the sale of an antigen for a bovine mastitis vaccine that plaintiff created for defendant, judgment that the parties agreed that plaintiff would own the antigen, that defendant committed no fraud relating to the antigen, but committed fraud relating to plaintiff's money she paid to defendant and its shareholders to buy stock in defendant, and as relevant to the published portion of this opinion, the award of a constructive trust against defendant on the basis of unjust enrichment is reversed and remanded in part, where the trial court improperly denied defendant's request for a statement of decision.
