The order of the juvenile court converting the balance of the minor's victim restitution order into a civil judgment is affirmed, where: 1) the minor agreed to the applicability of Welfare and Institutions Code section 730.6 as a condition of his informal supervision; and accordingly, 2) he is estopped from raising arguing that this section only applies to adjudicated juveniles and that he was never adjudicated a ward of the court.
