People v. Watson, D061668

The trial court's restitution order entered after defendant pled nolo contendre to one count of driving with a BAC of 0.08 or greater and causing bodily injury is affirmed, where: 1) there was no abuse of discretion in the trial court's unwillingness to employ civil comparative fault principles in making its restitution order; and 2) the record fully supports the trial court's award of the victim's substantial medical expenses.
