Petition for writ of prohibition filed by attorney-petitioner, the former attorney for defendant Denise challenging the superior court's adjudication of contempt against petitioner is denied, where: 1) the superior court did not err in finding petitioner in direct, continuing contempt for failing to answer certain questions regarding the circumstances under which she came into possession of specific evidence relevant to the prosecution's case against defendant ; and 2) petitioner did not satisfy her burden of proving attorney-client privilege because she offered almost no evidence that would allow the court to determine the existence of agency, which is generally a question of fact.
