The judgment requiring defendant to serve his sentence in county jail is affirmed, where: 1) defendant's sentence was imposed before the effective date of the Criminal Justice Realignment Act, but not executed until after the effective date; and 2) the trial court correctly concluded that the provisions of the Act apply to defendants whose sentences were imposed before, but executed after, the Act's operative date.
