Following defendant's plea of no contest to carjacking, robbery, kidnapping, and assault with a deadly weapon, the trial court's imposition of a $10 fine plus $28 associated penalty assessment under Government section 1202.5, is affirmed, where: 1) defendant has forfeited his arguments that the trial court should not have imposed the fines without a finding or evidence of his ability to pay, by not making them in the trial court; and 2) his trial counsel was not ineffective for failing to do so, particularly in light of the large restitution fine and other fines imposed on defendant.
