Defendant's conviction and sentence for forcible rape and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger than him is affirmed, but modified, where: 1) defendant's ineffective assistance claim fails since there is no reasonable probability that, but for trial counsel's alleged failings at the sentencing hearing, the court would have imposed a lesser sentence; but 2) there were errors in the calculation of defendant's presentence credit.
