Defendants' convictions for conspiring to commit the crimes of shooting from a vehicle and assault with a semiautomatic firearm and for possession of a firearm by a felon, along with gang and other enhancements, are affirmed, where: 1) the trial court properly admitted expert testimony from the prosecution's gang expert witness under California law; and 2) the gang expert witness' testimony did not violate defendants' confrontation clause rights.
