The probate court's judgment sustaining a will contest and denying admission of the will to probate on the ground the decedent destroyed his will with the intent to revoke it, is reversed and remanded, where: 1) the probate court erred in finding no substantial evidence was produced to negate the revocation presumption; and 2) the probate court prejudicially erred in weighing the evidence.
