Following the juvenile court's adjudication of a minor as a ward of the court after it determined he committed arson and resisted a police officer, the juvenile court's order requiring him to register pursuant to Penal Code section 457.1 is reversed, where the juvenile court erred by requiring the minor to register as an arson offender, because he was not committed to, or paroled from, what was formerly known as the Department of Youth Authority or California Youth Authority.
