Declaratory judgment against defendant-tenant and permitting plaintiff-landlord to hold open houses, under certain conditions, on weekend days between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. is affirmed, where: 1) the judgment does not violate California Civil Code section 1954, which permits a landlord to enter a dwelling unit to exhibit the premises to prospective or actual purchasers during "normal business hours;" 2) the term "normal business hours" in section 1954 means objectively reasonable hours under the facts and circumstances of the case; and 3) the judgment was reasonable under the facts and circumstances of the case.
