Defendant's convictions on six counts of a lewd act on a child under 14 are affirmed, where: 1) the statute of limitations had not run, because the evidence showed that the molestations continued to occur at least once a week throughout 1995; and 2) the limitations period which was initially six years, was extended to ten years before the six-year period had expired.
