Judgment for plaintiff in her personal injury action finding negligence against the defendant-driver, but no liability as to defendant-employer or the prior owner of the vehicle, is affirmed, where: 1) the trial court did not err in ruling that defendant-driver was not acting in the course and scope of his employment for defendant-employer at the time of the collision; 2) plaintiff cannot argue for the first time on appeal that the prior owner is liable as the registered owner; 3) plaintiff has shown no error with respect to negligent entrustment; 4) plaintiff failed to preserve her claim of attorney misconduct; and 5) plaintiff failed to show any other prejudicial error.
