In an attorneys' fee dispute arising out of a class action, concerning plaintiffs' solo counsel's attempt to obtain legal fees of more than $24,700,000, the trial court's judgment is: 1) affirmed as to the order awarding sanctions against solo counsel; 2) reversed as to the attorney fee order of $179,600 in fees for work by solo's firm, and remanded for redetermination by the trial court of costs not to exceed $114,900; 3) remanded with instructions to award Toshiba monetary sanctions related to its motion to strike; and 4) affirmed in all other respects.
