California Court of Appeal
People v. Johnson, B240837
Judgment finding defendant violated probation and was sentencing him to six years in prison for a 2010 robbery conviction is affirmed, where: 1) although no good cause justified continuing the probation revocation hearing for two weeks, defendant suffered no prejudice from the delay; and 2) the trial court correctly concluded that that the police personnel records it reviewed contained no discoverable information.
