The trial court's orders in a class action suit imposing monetary sanctions against plaintiff's counsel, awarding her no attorney fees, and awarding staff fees to plaintiff's law offices is: 1) affirmed in part, as to the award of monetary sanctions against plaintiff's counsel where plaintiff's counsel disobeyed court orders and failed to meet and confer; 2) affirmed in part, as to the denial of attorney fees to plaintiff's counsel where the trial court acted within its discretion by applying the correct legal standard, and deciding that plaintiff's counsel was not credible and her time records were not usable to calculate a lodestar; 3) reversed in part and remanded, for the trial court to recalculate staff fees to plaintiff's law offices; and 4) remanded in part for the trial court to rule on plaintiff counsel's request for costs.
