Defendant's conviction for second degree murder and related gun charges is affirmed, where: 1) the trial court did not abuse its discretion by refusing to approve the proposed plea bargain and the proposed amendment to the information; and 2) the trial court did not err when it denied defendant's request for a jury instruction on involuntary manslaughter.
