Summary judgment for defendant-county on plaintiffs' claims of for dangerous condition of public property and loss of consortium arising out of a motor vehicle accident, is affirmed, where the trial court properly determined that: 1) defendant established, as a matter of law, the affirmative defense of design immunity; and 2) no triable issue of fact existed with respect to the plaintiffs' contention that changed circumstances resulted in a loss of design immunity.
