Following judgment for defendant in an employment discrimination action, the trial court's order granting defendant certain of its costs is affirmed, where: 1) even in an action brought pursuant to the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, ordinary costs are recoverable as a matter of right under Code of Civil Procedure section 1032; and 2) to recover ordinary costs, defendant did not need to show that the action was frivolous, unreasonable, or without foundation.
