The superior court err in concluding that it had jurisdiction over criminal charges against defendant arising from alleged acts of domestic violence and mayhem that occurred in Hawaii, which were charged in an information that also charged defendant with acts of domestic violence against the same victim in California more than a year later, where: 1) the superior court's order is not supported by substantial evidence; and thus, 2) the petition for writ relief is granted.
