People v. Pirali, H038349

Probation conditions imposed on defendant following his plea of no contest to a charge of felony possession of child pornography is affirmed but modified, such that: 1) the condition restricting his access to the Internet shall include a knowledge requirement; and 2) the condition restricting his purchase and possession of sexually explicit or pornographic materials shall require that he is forbidden from possessing and purchasing these items having been told by the probation officer that such items are sexually explicit or pornographic.
