California Court of Appeal

In re A.M., A136436

Judgment of the juvenile court granting reunification services to Mother is reversed and remanded, where: 1) the juvenile court applied the wrong legal standard; 2) the juvenile court failed to make necessary findings; and 3) even if the necessary findings had been made, there was not substantial evidence to support them as there is no evidentiary basis for finding by clear and convincing evidence that reunification with Mother would be in the best interests of the minor.
