People v. Weber, C060135A

Defendant's conviction and sentence for unlawful possession of a gun and of ammunition is affirmed, where: 1) the record supports the trial court's finding that defendant knowingly and voluntarily chose to waive counsel; 2) defendant's contentions that the trial court improperly failed to appoint counsel to represent him at the sentencing hearing, and improperly imposed the upper state prison term, lack merit; and 3) defendant is not entitled to further presentence custody credit.
